Imphal, July 14 2024: Angel Children Hospital, Managing Director, Dr Yaikhomba Taorem in collaboration with Juvenile Club Phoijing Chingning organised a mega health camp at Phoijing Chingning Community Hall today.

A medical team including specialist doctors from various departments such as Eye, ENT, General Surgery, Medicine, Gynaecology/Infertility (IVF), Paediatrics Surgery, Paediatric, Skin, Radiology, Neurosurgery, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Cancer Surgery and Othpadics provided free consultations and medicines to the patients during the camp.

The medical team also provided various services including free screening of sugar, ECG, Uric Acid, Ultrasound, Fibroscan, Diabetes Neuropathy, Lipid Profile and HbA1C test.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Yaikhomba said that the camp was organised to help the people who have been suffering due to the recent floods and ongoing conflict in the State.

Highlighting that there are many people in remote areas who are unable to access basic medical care, Dr Yaikhomba announced that he will be making efforts to conduct similar camps in different parts of the State to keep the people fit & healthy during this difficult time.
