Chandel, May 11 2024: The District Legal Services Authority, Chandel held National Lok Adalat for Chandel district under the aegis of Manipur State Legal Services Authority (MASLSA) at Court Complex of the CJM, Chandel today.

According to a statement issued by Masana E Panmei, secretary, DLSA, Chandel, a bench was constituted presided by Fakhrul Islam Choudhary, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Moreh as chairperson and advocates RK Mohendro Singh and Kh Jacky Lucy as members in the said National Lok Adalat.

A total of 90 bank recovery cases and two pre-litigation cases were listed.

Out of the total cases listed, seven bank recovery cases and one pre-litigation case were taken up in the said National Lok Adalat of which two bank recovery cases were disposed.
