Indian Army kicks off communication skills capsule for students

Ukhrul, September 30 2024:
In a significant initiative to enhance communication skills in English language for tribal students, the Indian Army has kicked off an eight-week capsule course in online-offline mode for students between Class VIII to X .
The capsule course was launched on the request of Principal of Indira Gandhi Hill Flower School, Mongkot Chepu in Ukhrul district.
The capsule is designed to conduct online classes followed by weekly tests.
This program will benefit over 50 students and is aimed at improving their proficiency in English language to boost their confidence and enhance their overall personality.
Senior Army officials interacted with the students, encouraging them to make the most of this opportunity to improve their communication abilities.
The school principal and local community expressed their gratitude to the Indian Army for promoting education as a means of fostering peace and development among the diverse communities in the region.
