Singsit Organization GHQ organizes blessing convocation for Nemcha Kipgen

Kangpokpi, December 18 2021: Singsit Organization General Headquarters on Friday organized a blessing convocation for Kangpokpi AC MLA Nemcha Kipgen for her kindness and generosity towards the Singsit's families at Keithelmanbi Military Colony.

Paovum Singson, Pastor United Pentecostal Church International, Kangpokpi performed the blessing convocation of the MLA where he poured the anointing oil in the name of the Lord as a 'special blessing' while offering prayer in faith for her well-being.

Speaking on the occasion, Nemcha Kipgen emphasized on the importance of work and quoted the Bible, "faith without works is dead".

"We all believe in God and even the demons believe and tremble but faith without works is dead and a man is justified by works, not by faith only", she asserted.

The MLA then exhorted the gathering, especially the women, to promote "Free Poppy District" and urged everyone to stay away from cultivating poppy in their respective areas.

She also stressed on the importance of cooperation, love and unity amongst all which had been practiced since time immemorial.

Nemcha Kipgen further appealed to the congregation to promote and spread love and unity.

Songkholal Singsit, president, Singsit Organization GHQ said that the Blessing Convocation was organized to appreciate the Nemcha Kipgen for her kindness and tireless generosity towards the Singsit's families.

Songkholal Singsit also mentioned that among many others, the local MLA had even graced the Diamond Jubilee of Singsit Organization at Monglenphai in 2018 as Chief Guest, contributed generously for the erection of Sutmang alias Pasut at Gopibung village and construction of roads under PMGSY to connect the villages.

Moreover, the Singsit Organisation GHQ presented Thadou Traditional Shawl Saipikhup and Singsit Ponve to the circle MLA as a mark of their appreciation.

A prominent Thadou pencil artist of Manipur, Zamminlun Singson also presented a beautiful pencil sketch portrait of the MLA.

Singsit Organization GHQ vice president, Th Mangseh Singsit and Singsit Organization Keithelmanbi Unit chairman, Paosat Singsit also spoke on occasion.
