NVA extends gratitude for rescue ops, helping flood victims

The Nagaram Village Authority (NVA) has conveyed its heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in rescue efforts during the recent floods and in providing essential needs including medicines and shelter to flood victims.
A statement issued by Yarsho Keishing, vice chairman, NVA and Ashung K Awungshi, secretary, NVA, thanked Chief Minister N Biren Singh, different Government departments of the State, Khashim Vashum, Minister Transport and AH & Vety, Arun Kumar MLA Wangkhei, IK Muivah, DC Imphal East, security personnel (NDRF, SDRF, army and police), churches, Tangkhul Katamnao Long Imphal (TKLI), Shinaolong Imphal, NGOs and volunteers who provided emergency food, water, shelter and medicines to hundreds of flood affected citizens.
Furthermore, NVA also extended gratitude to Col Radha Krisna, CO 33 AR, Major Sahil Rishi 33 AR, Wungpam Kasar, social worker RK Deepak Singh, Grace Jajo, RK Ibungo, Yarulhor Hungyo, Daimei Liangmei, AMUCO, Poireng Leimaron Meira Paibi Apunba Manipur, All Manipur Women Voluntary Association and Home Ministry Rehab Centre for all their yeoman service to flood affected victims.
NVA also sought help in rebuilding the homes and infrastructure ravaged by the flood.
