Bright Foundation School observes annual day

The 15th Annual Day celebration of Bright Foundation School cum award distribution programme was held today at the school campus at Thoubal Kshetrileikai Machin.
The programme was graced by Zone -III Thoubal, Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) Arambam Anilkumar Singh, MES; Bright Foundation School Chairman cum Managing Director Joy Singh Oinam; ZEO Zone-III Thoubal, Deputy Inspector of School, Ningombam Rajen and former Associate Professor of Moirang College, Yumkhaibam Modhu as the presidium members.
Delivering the keynote address of the programme, Joy Singh Oinam said that the annual day is celebrated to acknowledge the performance and talents of the students of the school throughout the year.

He further apprised the gathering that the school is striving to promote skill development, arts and culture, sports, story telling etc among the students apart from academic knowledge so as to encourage them to pursue their passion by honing their innate talents.
Speaking as the chief guest, Arambam Anilkumar Singh lauded the significant contributions made by the school in shaping the lives of the students for their betterment.
Praising the students of the school for their performance in various competitions held at the district and State level, he wished the students more success and achievements in future.
He also stressed on the need of making collective efforts for the welfare of students in the State and to ensure that they receive quality education.
Anilkumar further highlighted that the parents and teachers have to play key roles in nurturing the students and leading them towards the right path.
The students should make the best use of opportunities that come along and lead a disciplined life to become eligible and responsible individuals, he added.
As a part of the programme, a science exhibition showcasing the models made by the students was inaugurated by the dignitaries.
Meritorious students and achievers of the school including teachers were also felicitated in today's programme.
