Wangthoi bags 2nd gold at Jr wushu nationals

Imphal, August 08 2023: Wangthoi Thangjam bagged his second gold medal on Tuesday in Taolu Daoshu (male) event of the 22nd Junior National Wushu (Boys-Girls) Championship being held at Patliputra Sports Complex, Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar from August 6-11.In the same event, Thounganba Aheibam won a bronze medal.

On the other hand, Gurumayum Devesh has won a gold medal in Taolu Nandao (male) event of the championship.

It may be mentioned that earlier Wangthoi had won a gold medal in Taolu Changquan (male) event.
