Imphal, June 03 2015 : Authority of RIMS, Imphal has claimed on Wednesday that the institute is taking up various infrastructures developmental works including patient care services to cater the needs of the patients residing in the North East especially of Manipur in the last one year.

The works include keeping the Hospital neat and clean and smooth functioning.

Some of the infrastructure developmental works are as given below:- Extension of Casualty building-50 bedded, Extension of Antenatal ward- 25 bedded, Extension of Post natal ward- 25 bedded, all near completions.

Construction of waiting shed for Obs.

& Gynae patients - 30 seater capacity (completed), Construction of separate Operation Theatre for Obs.

& Gynae.

(near completion), Renovation of 2 wheeler shed/parking (Completed), New arrangement for 2 wheeler parking exclusively for public (patient party) (Completed).

Setting up of a Centralized Blood Collection Centre (completed, started), Installation of digital signage in Hospital OPD & PMR-(Completed), Completion of Internees Hostel.
