Thoubal, December 17 2023: The book release ceremony of Tikendrajit Akoijam's Manipuri fiction novel "Jennifer" was held today at YVU Office located at Thoubal Wangmataba Chingya today.

Tikendrajit Akoijam is the CEO of YVU Thoubal. The book was formally released by Professor Rajen Toijamba, convenor, Manipur Language Advisory Board, Sahitya Academy New Delhi.

The ceremony was kicked off with the gathering observing a minute of silence to pay their respects to the martyrs who have laid down their lives in the midst of the Manipur crisis.

Notable personalities present at the book release ceremony include AK Debendra, president, Manipur Sahitya Samiti Thoubal and retd Wing Commander; Dr Saratchandra Longjomba, Assistant Professor, Dhanamanjuri University and Professor rajen Toijamba as the presidium members.

Dr Saratchandra Longjomba delivered a speech introducing the third literary work of Tikendrajit Akoijam which follows a prose and poetry book.
