GoI, ZUF to hold talks on Aug 11

Imphal, August 08 2023: Following the signing of the cessation of operation between Zeliangrong United Front (ZUF) and Government of India, the next round of talks will be held on August 11 .

According to a statement released by ZUF Information and Publicity deputy secretary, since the cessation of operation was signed on December 27, 2022, the Front has been engaged in political talks with government officials.

As such, the next round of talks will be held on August 11 in New Delhi.

ZUF then said that the talks are being held to bring about an amicable solution to all issues in the interest of the people of all sections of the society.

It appealed to all organisations close to ZUF, churches, Heraka, Tingkao Ragwang Chapriak, etc., and other related civil organisations and general public to pray to the almighty in this regard.
