Snake bite victim saved

Imphal, September 27 2018:
Sendra Battalion of Loktak Brigade saved the lives of two snake bite victims yesterday.
The Battalion saved the lives of S Hangita Devi, a resident of Moirang, Bishnupur district and Marisa Devi, a resident of Saitapur, Kumbi.
Both the individuals were bitten by poisonous snakes and were immediately rushed to the Unit Hospital where they were attended by the medical teams of the Battalion.
The timely action of medical teams saved the precious human lives.
A total of five civilian snake bite cases have been reported within Loktak Brigade area including three cases treated at medical facility available in Loktak Brigade Headquarters, Bishnupur.
