Kuki Students' Organisation, Tuliang Block has expressed profound gratitude to Dr Zamkhokhai Haokip, Deputy Director of Kangpokpi Veterinary Hospital and his team for conducting a mass vaccination drive in the area.
The organisation, in a press release said the vaccination drive was necessitated due to the outbreak of foot and mouth diseases in the area.
More than 1500 cattles were vaccinated and blood samples were also collected for further investigation.
The area benefited a lot from the drive, it added.
