The minor victim came into contact with a live HT wire which passed adjacent to the building.
As a result, the girl received grievous burn and other injuries.
The petition mention that the victim was taken to Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi on December 19, 2017 but both arms of the minor had to be amputated at the armpits as the injuries festered and began to affect the whole body.
Her family has spent over Rs 4 lakh so far on her treatment.
Apart from issuing a directive for an interim relief of Rs 50,000, the Court fixed April 12 for the next round of hearing.
