To collect a first hand account of the existing situation of Manipur and to see that if there is any area where assistance can be provided, Ambassadors of Iceland, Finland, Sweden and Norway would be arriving at Imphal on April 23 .
The scheduled visit of the four Ambassadors of the Scandinavian countries to Manipur is part of their to tour to the North-East States.
At Imphal, they would take up several issues with the Governor and Chief Minister O Ibobi.
The Ambassadors will also interact with the Manipur Legislators' Forum on HIV/AIDS.
Meanwhile, it is reported that the Director of the New Delhi based Institute of Applied Manpower Research AN Mayur would be visiting Manipur from April 16 to 20 to inspect the "Development Options for Manipur" being taken up by the institute at Imphal.
During his stay in the State, the Director would discuss about district plan with the Deputy Commissioner and other district level officers of Tamenglong district.
