NSCN/CPRN extends condolences

Imphal, May 17 2021:
Government of People's Republic of Nagalim (GPRN) expressed deep condolences over the untimely demise of Naga National Army General Headquarters colonel Imtimeren Jamir, who passed away on May 16 .
He hailed from Mangmetong village under Ao Region.
NSCN, in a press release, informed that Imtimeren was enrolled in the Naga national service on April 4,1988 .
The office of Longhvibu, Naga Army has bestowed upon him posthumously the rank of Brigadier on Monday in recognition of his service to the Naga nation, the release said.
NSCN conveyed deep condolences to the bereaved family members of Imtimerem Jamir and also prayed for blessing and comforting the family members during their time of grief.
On the other hand, NSCN collective leadership of chairman Q Tuccu, vice chairman Tongmeth Wangnao and general secretary Th Muivah extended condolences over the sudden demise of ENPO president C Sashi, who passed away on Monday at Referral Hospital Dimapur.
Sashi had taken over as ENPO President on March 31, 2021.A press release informed that the collective leadership on behalf of the Naga nation expressed its deepest condolences to the bereaved family members and to his close friends and colleagues in ENPO and also prayed that the Almighty God provide solace to them.
The collective leadership also prayed for the soul of C Sashi Naga to rest in eternal peace.
