AMPTA submits memo to EM

Pressing the State Government to solve their problem at the earliest, All Manipur Primary Teachers' Association (AMPTA), a joint body of Hindi primary teachers and primary teachers, has submitted a memorandum to Education Minister.
In the memorandum jointly signed by its President Okram Basanta Singh and Secretary H Somendro Singh, AMPTA demanded to solve the problem of not receiving posting order and Employee Identification number (EIN)/ Manipur Government Employee List (MGEL) by 175 Hindi teachers who have been recruited with effect from 6th Feb 2009 to 12th September 2009 in the class III DPC held in 2009 in the department of Education (S) government of Manipur.
Meanwhile, government has conceded to consider their demand before the 12th July, 2013 ultimatum set by AMPTA and both the parities-AMPTA and state government would press the Centre for urgent settlement of the problem, a release from the Association informed.
It also appealed to Chief Minister and Education Minister to take special care and necessary actions.
