AR saves accident victims

Imphal, March 21 2012:
A Bolero bearing registration No MN-01W 7927 lost control at Kilometer stone 62 near Noney on March 20 at 11 am.
The vehicle overturned and fell into a 50 meter
deep gorge.
Five employees of MAX Construction Company working with NF Railway on Jiribam Imphal railway project were travelling by the vehicle at the time of accident.
The troops of 10 Assam Rifles under Red Shield Division rushed to the accident site and assisted the passengers.
No fatal causalities have taken place and the passenger survived with minor injuries, according to a press release of PIB (DW) today.
The injured persons were identified as K Shri Ram Krishan Swamiji (28), Mr S Buragohain (27), Goutam Kumar Das (35), Suman Roy (27) all working as engineers in the MAX Company and Suresh and Tomba who are workers.
The MI Room of 10 Assam Rifles provided the medical assistance to the injured and helped in their further evacuation, the release added.
