MLA of Yaiskul Assembly Constituency, Elangbam Chand inaugurated a newly constructed community hall at Wangkhei Wangkheimayum Leirak, Imphal East during a function organized by Wangkheimayum Leirak Apunba Committee (WLAC) on Sunday.
Speaking at the function as chief guest, MLA Chand assured that efforts are on to provide uninterrupted potable water in the constituency which once faced water scarcity.
