Under the code-name 'Operation Araba', the party has been fighting against the Indian forces.
Citing a few instances of its war on the eve of the 50th Anniversary of the party, the UNLF statement claimed that the women wing of the MPA with the help of its women bomb squad blasted a bomb at the 'A' Company post of 165th Territorial Army at Koirengei on November 3 last.
One of the two bombs planted at the site triggered off, killing a Lance Naik called Jagga of the Territorial Army and injuring some others, said the statement.
