Christmas greetings

President of Manipur People's Party (MPP) Dr Nimaichand Luwang extended his warm greetings to the people of the state who follow Christianity on the occasion of Christmas.
In a press release, the party stated that the Almighty God sent someone from time to time to save mankind from the tyranny of cruel rulers or leaders and Jesus was one of them.
Lt Gen Dalbir Singh GOC 3 Corps greeted the people of Manipur on the joyous occasion of Christmas.
In his message, GOC 3 Corps said that celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ is a celebration of hope, as represented by the Redeemer.
Wishing the people joy, happiness and prosperity, the GOC expressed his hope that this Christmas would witness an enhanced sprit of brotherhood that would allow the people and the State to prosper.
Meanwhile Brig HPS Pall, Officiating IGAR (South) and all ranks of Assam Rifles also extended warm greetings and sincere goodwill to all the people of "Manipur" on the auspicious occasion of Christmas.
IGAR (South) also conveyed his message of peace, harmony, unity and understanding on occasion.
He wished that all the goodwill brings the people of the state together, irrespective of caste, creed and faith.
