According to a press release of JSCC, six teams consisting of three members each inspected Sawombung High School, Nongpok Maheikol, Wangkhei High School, CC Higher Secondary School, Brighter Academy, Wabagai High School, Hiyanglam Private Centre, Mayang Imphal Private Centre A, Uchiwa Private Centre, Lilong B, Paradise English School, Peace and Freedom Academy, New Ideal High School, Khangabok Government High School, Martin Grammar Kakching Private Centre, Nambol Higher Secondary School, Bishnupur Higher Secondary School, Moirang Multipurpose Higher Secondary School and Wabagai High School.
The JSCC expressed suspicion of allowing unfair means at the examination centres of Khangabok Government High School and Nambol Higher Secondary School as the OCs prevented the JSCC members from entering the school premises citing some prohibitory order from the Deputy Commissioner.
However, the Deputy Commissioner had not issued any order to disallow the JSCC team from inspecting the examination centres.
The JSCC has urged the authorities concerned to take strict action against the erring OCs of Khangapok Government High School and Nambol Higher Secondary School centres, and prevent use of unfair means during the examination.
