Imphal, February 09 2017:
Alleging the Centre of neglecting the suffering of the people of Manipur, IPSA, Kanglamei, KIL, CLK and KSA said that they will not cast their vote in the ensuing State Assembly election.
Speaking to mediapersons, IPSA president Khumukcham Chingkhei said, "When people of the State are reeling under UNC's economic blockade, the Centre without considering the hardships of the people decided to conduct the State election.
This is an inhumane step.
Instead of exercising our franchise on the voting day, members of IPSA, Kanglamei, KIL, CLK and KSA will stage a protest demonstration at Keisampat .
