Imphal, November 18 2015:
A one-day district level trainers' workshop was held today at Longmai-4 Peace Land community hall under the aegis of BJP Tamenglong district.
Speaking at the inaugural session of the workshop, Lok Sabha MP and BJP Manipur in-charge Prahlad Singh Patel decried the failure of party's office bearers to reach the camp on time.
He underscored the importance of expanding the party's organisational network in order to strengthen the party.
All party workers should try to understand BJP's ideology and working principle thoroughly.
Projecting only those moneyed and power-hungry people as party's leadership while marginalizing those party workers who are committed to the cause of the nation would be disastrous for any political party.
All members of BJP should be knowledgeable about the party's cultural, social, political and constitutional activities.
It is BJP's objective to ensure that people living in remote areas have access to all essential commodities like those people living along the highways.
BJP believes in democracy and even there are some differences of opinions, one should abide by the decision of the party's leadership in the collective interest of the party and the nation.
To respect all communities and religious faiths equally is a fundamental principle of BJP, Prahlad Singh Patel said.
