BJYM team inspects INA complex

State Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM)
president O Malesh today said that no work has been taken up al-
though some amount of fund sanctioned by the Union Ministry of
Tourism for construction of an integrated tourist circuit at INA me-
morial complex has been withdrawn.
He was speaking by the sideline of an inspection tour to
INA memorial complex conducted by members of BJYM and
BJP Nambol Mandal today.
The team found that the underground parking project at
INA complex remains incomplete.
A total of Rs 619.30 lakh has already been released for
mega tourism project at INA memorial complex, Malesh said.
The project components included construction of underground
parking, installation of acoustic sound in the auditorium, caf-
eteria, coffee shop, compound fencing, public toilet,
construction of pathway, drain, etc.
Most of the projects have been implemented ineffectively,
Malesh said.
He added that a 10 member delegation of BJYM
Manipur will attend the All India Youth conference at Mathura
on March 3.The team will highlights the alleged mismanage-
ment of Central fund in the State.
