On the other hand, most of the clothes were also not able to get completely dry due to unfavourable weather conditions.
This coupled with some technical difficulties forced surgical team cancel the surgery after the third patient.
As the other remaining surgery were not in serious condition, the surgery was fixed for the coming Friday, it added and claimed that another surgery team performed an emergency operation after the first surgery team cancelled theirs .
It clarified that there was no instance of neglect by any doctors and also stated that the surgical team is comprised of doctors who even go to remote hill areas and villages to dispense treatment and medical care to the people.
It also appealed to all to refrain from making baseless allegations and to approach the authority for any concerns and misunderstandings.
