Source: The Sangai Express
Imphal, November 02 2017:
Following suspension of the cease work strike undertaken by the All Manipur Bulk LPG Transporters Association (AMBLTA) since last Friday, empty bulk LPG TTs started moving from today so as to ship in LPG to the State .
According to information received from Sekmai bottling plant, 56 empty bulk LPG TTs left Imphal together with other empty trucks and tankers and CRPF escorts at 1 pm today .
Another CRPF convoy would escort back loaded POL TTs from Khatkhati, Assam in the wee hours tomorrow .
As empty bulk LPG TTs have left Imphal today, the apprehension that there may be an LPG crisis in the State by Monday is likely to blow over.
