TRAU trounce KCC in 9th MNCA Elite tourney

Imphal, January 27 2025: TRAU, Kwakeithel trounced KCC, Kongba Bazar by 7 wickets in Monday's league match of the 9th MNCA W Prahlada & W Ramananda Elite Tournament 2024-25 .

The match at Model Higher Secondary & Oriental College Ground, had KCC batting first, and scoring 197/6 in 40 overs with captain Nongmaithem Dijaraj Singh and Nameirakpam Arbin Singh contributing 44 runs each, while Somorjit Salam claimed two wickets.

In reply, Pukhrambam Prafullomani Singh (78 runs) and Priyojit Kangabam (65 runs) made light of KCC's bowling attack and completed the run chase in 32.1 overs.
