Imphal, April 24: Modi Youth Club, Lamkang Khunyai and United Sporting & Cultural Organisation carved out contrasting victories in girls section matches of the District Level 4th Rev D Wolthung Memorial Volleyball Cup tournament at Chandel district headquarters ground today.

Modi YC laboured to a 24-26 25-16 23-25 25-11 15-12 win over Paralow Youth Club, as Lamkang outlasted Panchai Sporting & Cultural Club 19-25 25-16 25-21 25-20 and USCO overwhelmed Phaidam Youth Club 25-13 25-12 25-22 .
