Imphal, July 27 2025: As part of its continued efforts to foster youth engagement, Assam Rifles organised a football match with Pathap Football Club at Modi in Chandel district.

The event drew a crowd of around 40 local villagers and 165 personnel from the Assam Rifles.

Both teams demonstrated remarkable skill and sportsmanship, with the match providing an uplifting display of youthful energy and healthy competition.

The atmosphere was one of celebration, underscoring the power of sport to bring communities together, according to a PRO IGAR (S) release.
