AR organises friendly volleyball match in Ccpur

Imphal, July 24 2024: Assam Rifles organised a friendly volleyball match for local youth of Tuiring village, Churachandpur district on Wednesday.

The event, themed "Healthy Mind Resides in a Healthy Body," aimed to inspire the youth to adopt a healthy lifestyle and identify local talent for potential recruitment into the Assam Rifles.

In support of enhancing sports infrastructure, the Assam Rifles gifted two volleyball sets to the village.

The match saw participation of 15 players from neighbouring villages, an IGAR (S) release said.
