MTSU, SOYO triumph in IW 2nd Division Football League

Imphal, January 02 2025: MTSU and SOYO registered wins in Thursday's action of the 12th Imphal West Second Division Football League 2024-25 at PAMYAL Ground, Patsoi.

MTSU scored at both ends to beat IUFC 2-0, with Hitler netting the opener in the 13th minute atnd Tomchi sealing the win in the 80th minute.

Earlier in the day, SOYO emerged triumphant over SJC in a closely contested 2-1 encounter.

Motilal gave SOYO the lead in the 24th minute, which Wanglen extended just five minutes later.

Despite SJC's efforts, Shantapritam's 76th-minute goal proved insufficient to overturn the deficit, as SOYO maintained their composure to secure the win.
