13th Intra Village Sports Meet 2025 kicks off

Kakching, January 02 2025: The 13th Intra Village Sports Meet 2025, organised by Baptist Youth Society (BYS) Mantak, got underway at Mantak village playground on Thursday.

The opening ceremony was attended by SP Kakching Thokchom Vikramjit as chief guest, Mantak village's chief Karung Cheiraojao Kom as president, and Khangshim Primary School's headmaster Karung Brojen Kom as guest of honour.

The 13th Intra Village Sports Meet will feature men's and women's competitions such as football, volleyball, 100m race, long jump, high jump, tug of war.

In the opening match of the six-team football event, Salom Group BYS defeated Phileo Group BYS by a 3-0 margin.
