Women's futsal: Young WC MPSC, Youth WC cruise

Imphal, March 26 2025: Young Welfare Club, MPSC and Youth Welfare Club all enjoyed commanding wins in Wednesday's matches of the 1st Women's Futsal Inter Club Championship 2024-26 at KIYC Artificial Turf Ground.

Young Welfare Club served up a ruthless 33-1 goal fest against Khuman FA.

Chingangbam Binomala spearheaded the onslaught with an astounding 14-goal haul, while Yumnam Laxmi Devi added nine goals to the tally.

Wairokpam Daina Chanu and Sorokhaibam Silky Devi each netted a hat-trick, with Konthoujam Reena and Sorokhaibam Lakhipiyari contributing two goals apiece.

MPSC claimed a comfortable 9-5 win over Manipur United FA .

Kshetrimayum Naocha Devi and Salam Pramodini Chanu were the standout performers, each scoring a hat-trick, while Leihaorungbam Sanathoi, Salam Rinaroy Devi, and Rebika Oinam added one goal each.

Youth Welfare Club triumphed 8-5 against ESU, thanks to a hat-trick from Leikangbam Russia Chanu, a brace each from Senjam Alva and Wairokpam Monika, and a goal by Heikham Zenia.
