Imphal, June 23 2018: Mantripukhri Battalion of 9 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) conducted a friendly Basketball match for youth at Sawombung Company Operating Base on 23 Jun 2018 .

The match was between the teams of Paurabi Rising Stars Club, Paurabi village, Imphal East District and team of Sawombung Company Operating Base.

The youngsters showed their exemplary skills and stamina on the court and won the match.

The local youth appreciated the effort shown by Assam Rifles to promote sports.
