Imphal, January 14 2026: Dr N Irabanta Singh, retired Professor, Life Sciences, Manipur university, ex Vice-Chancellor of Bir Tikendrajit University (BTU) and chairman, Nibiaa Group of Companies, has been conferred honorary Doctorate Degree (Honoris Causa) in the field of Public Administration by Honoredge Awards Association Delhi.

The honorary Doctorate was presented on December 27, 2025 at Delhi.
