Imphal, April 18 2023: The state on Tuesday reported one fresh case of Covid-19 from out of 48 samples tested with a positivity rate of 2.1 per cent.

The fresh case is a 45-year old male resident of Imphal West district.

On the other hand, one patient was discharged in the last 24 hours following which the number of active cases now stands at 7 .

Meanwhile, no vaccine dose was administered on Monday and the number of vaccinated people in the state stands at 16,49,470 out of which, 13,31,219 have received the second dose and 2,80,416 taken precautionary doses.
