Imphal, July 14 2010: State revenue minister, Th Debendro today said in the house of state Assembly that government is planning to maintain land record in both hills and valley under the National Land Record Management Programe.

In reply to various cut motion rose up during general discussion for passing the demand for grant of state revenue department, the minister further said that the department has planned to take up the works considering the encroachments of khas-lands by private individuals.

After the minister give clarifications on the token of questions raised by the members of the house, the house passed demand for grant of Rs 43,20,55,000 and Rs 17,1145,000 for the demand voice votes.
