Imphal, July 01 2009: Claiming that Ruichumhao Angkang arrested by Imphal East district police commandos on June 28 from Chassad Avenue as innocent, Zingsho Mapithel Katamnao Long (ZMKL) warned the Govt to initiate agitation if Ruichumhao is not released.

A press release of ZMKL said that Ruichamhao s/o late Ningthar of Lungphu village is not related to any UG outfit and he is a 'tribunal' of the ZMKL.
