Imphal, July 01 2009: The restriction imposed ON the Assistant Engineer (Electricity), Nambol Sub Division by the Public Grievance Committee, Development and Protection United Voluntary Organisation (DPUVO), Nambol regarding issuance of electricity bills and collection of taxes due to insufficient and irregular supply electricity in the Nambol and its surrounding area has been withdrawn for few days after arriving into an amicable settlement between a team led by Superintending Engineer, Circle II of Electricity Department and Public Grievance Committee, CPUVO, Nambol by signing an eight point Memorandum of Understanding in a joint meeting held yesterday at the office of the A E (Electricity) Nambol Sub Division yesterday said a statement of the Convener of Public Grievance Committee, DPUVO of Nambol, S Chandrakumar.
