The ZRA cadres abandoned Khupneilun's dead body near Light House, Churachandpur on November 1 .
UKRA termed the incident as an insult not only to the UKRA/KNO but to the whole community of the Komrem residing in the 'four corners of Manipur' .
UKRA said when the Chin-Kuki-Mizo people were celebrating Kut festival to enhance the brotherhood of the community, ZRA turned the occasion into a 'killing day' .
