Naga Chiefs question reason behind functioning of ADC office from Imphal

The Naga chiefs Association Chandel has expressed strong resentment against elected ADC member, Chandel functioning its office at Imphal.
"It is against the wishes and interest of the pubic of Chandel for the elected ADC members functioning from Imphal.
It would be in the highest Interest of the people of Chandel for the elected ADC member to function at the district headquarters.
After a long gap of years the ADC election has been held and now the elected ADC members are functioning its office at Imphal for the past 8 (eight) years.
It is only two years remaining for the tenure of present elected ADC members to complete, the Naga chiefs Association therefore earnestly request the elected ADC members of Chandel to function at the district headquarter for the remaining years.
The Naga chiefs Association Chandel had submitted memorandum to the concern authority regarding functioning of ADC members at the district headquarters.
The Naga chiefs Association Chandel appeal through this press to co operate with our endurance to function ADC members at the district headquarter at the earliest time possible.
Elected ADC's members are representing the mandate of Chandel district and it is in the Interest and welfare of the district for the elected ADC members to function at the district headquarters.
The Naga chiefs Association Chandel falls to see any developmental works taken by the elected ADC members of Chandel.
There are not developmental works taken by elected ADC members of Chandel.
It is surprise to find zero development by elected ADC members.
A huge sum of money Implemented for different developmental works through elected ADC has not reached the public", a statement said.
The Naga chiefs Association Chandel asked the government of Manipur the kinds of projects/schemes/ works being implemented through elected ADC members.
It also asked to clarify the works implemented by elected ADC members? .
Asking reason for the interest of the ADC members to function from Imphal the Naga Chief Association said that Elected ADC members are mandate of the people of Chandel and people grievance should be addressed by them.
Elected ADC members should not ignore the wishes of the public of chandel.
The Naga chiefs Association of Chandel is shock to hear that some of the vested elected ADC members had alleged "threat on their lives" by some of the insurgent group because of that they could not attend office at the district headquarter.
The allegation of some of the elected ADC members is baseless and mala fide.
There is crystal clear that there is no threat on any of the elected ADC members of Chandel.
The "self made" threat perception by some of the elected ADC members is totally wrong and unfounded.
All the elected ADC members should come and station at the district headquarter and addressed the public grievances and usher developmental works of the district.
The Naga chiefs Association Chandel also expressed unhappiness on immediate transfer of MISS Daryal Julie Anal, MCS & C.E.O ADC Chandel who was posted for a short period of three months.
"She is a dynamic officer with commitment and dedication to her duty", the statement said and added that the Naga chiefs Association, Chandel said asking the reason for her transfer.
On what Immediate Govt policy requirement she has been transfer? Can the govt of Manipur cite the reasons behind why she has been transfer? If the present Govt.really wants development for the district any officers posted at the district should stay for a maximum period of three years.
There are department like P.W.D.TD.
& P.H.E.D etc.

There are offices and quarters for these departments existing in Chandel.
Offices and quarters are existing only In name and there is no report of staffs attending the offices.
D.T.O and FCS godown are the immediate requirement of the district now and why the Govt.of Manipur ignoring all these requirements of the districts and interested only In transferring an officers at the districts level? .
The Naga chiefs Association Chandel appeal to the Govt of Manipur to kindly allow functioning of elected ADC at the district headquarters and functioning of all other departments at the district headquarter in the interest and welfare of the public of Chandel.
