BJYM Heirok Mandal extends financial aid

Thoubal, June 04 2025: , June 4: The BJYM Heirok Mandal has extended monetary assistance to the tune of Rs 10,000 to RK Meipaksana (24) s/o RK Gopal of Heirok Pt II Thokchom Leikai who has been suffering from liver cirrhosis and Tuberculosis.

Speaking in this connection, BJYM Heirok Mandal working president, Thokchom Bigit stated that the financial assistance was provided to RK Maipaksana under the supervision of Heirok MLA Dr Thokchom Radeshyam.

Birjit said that upon hearing news that RK Maipaksana has been suffering from an illness, the BJYM Heirok Mandal under the guidance of MLA, Dr Thokchom Radheshyam rushed to provide monetary assistance to Meipaksana, in continuation of its continuous philanthropic activities undertaken in the constituency.

"His family is now in a miserable condition, and Meipaksana's elder brother is also suffering from a serious illness.

Therefore, in a bid to alleviate their suffering to some extent, the BJYM extended financial aid to the family, said Birjit.

He also lauded Dr Th Radheshyam for his role in combating the flood crisis in the State.
