In spite of the NPP National president's official announcement, four NPP MLAs have been working together with the Government and attending meetings of ruling MLAs, he said.
Given such activities of the four NPP MLAs, they ought to be disqualified under the 10th Schedule of the Constitution, Bhupenda said.
Citing a ruling made by the Supreme Court in connection with a case filed by MPCC president K Meghachandra which categorically stated that disqualification cases must be disposed of within three months, Bhupenda exuded confidence that the four NPP MLAs would be disqualified shortly.
