Lions Club holds installation ceremony

Kakching, July 24 2024: Under Lions Clubs International District 322 D, the installation ceremony of Board of Directors of Lions Club Kakching Greater (Club no 115761) for the Lionistic year 2024-2025 was held at the auditorium of Representatives of Lois (RoL) in Kakching Kakching Chumnang Leikai on Tuesday.

The ceremony was attended by Lions Clubs International District 322 D district governor Th Kesho Singh (PMJF) as chief guest/installation officer and Lions Club Kakching Greater outgoing president Naorem Nomita Devi as president while Lions Club of Canchipur GET Coordinator N Biren Singh, Lions Clubs International Region III chairperson Kh Memcha Devi (MJF), and Zone IV chairperson M Nabachandra were present as guests of honour.

During the ceremony, Kakching Greater secretary, Nongmaithem Sunita presented the club's report for the year 2023-2024 as Th Kesho Singh appointed the new Board of Directors for 2024-2025 of Lions Club Kakching Greater, including Naorem Uttamkumar as president, Nongmaithem Sunita Devi as secretary, Naorem Randhoni Devi as treasurer, Kshetrimayum Nobo Singh as vice president-1, Yengkhom Tikehdra Singh as vice president-2, Kshetrimayum Sharat Singh as tail twister, and Pukhrambam Bijenkumar as lion tamer.

Moreover, Dr Mayanglambam Rajkumar was appointed as club administrator, Nongmaithem Premananda as membership chairperson, Naorem Nomita Devi as LCIF coordinator, Naorem Munal Meitei as service chairperson, Moirangthem Magho as marketing chairperson, and Pukhrambam Somarendro as director.
