The Kangleipak Communist Party � Military Council (KCP-MC) has remembered Pajiyaima Yendrenbam Ibohanbi and his visionary accomplishments on his 14th death anniversary today while also acknowledging the participation of people in the observance of his death anniversary through various programmes.
A statement issued by the secretary of Military affairs of the KCP (MC), Lanheiba Meitei stated that on this day in 1995, the Pajiyaima Y Ibohanbi had fought the security personnel till his end at Heituppokpi ching, Andro.
It stated that he had embedded a sense of sacrifice to all the comrades of the outfit till date.
It pledged that the comrades have struggled to follow his revolutionary principle to achieve his dream of united and sovereign Kangleipak.
The KCP (MC) statement also expressed gratitude to all participants in offering floral tribute to the late Pajiyaima Y Ibohanbi.
It also thanks the participants of various panel discussions and debate competitions on this occasion.
The outfit has also distributed several presents and gifts to various children homes and orphanages.
The statement also recalled the contributions of Pajiyaima Ibohanbi while stating that he had set up an orphan school at Sekta and a primary school at Nagor in Bangladesh where the Meitei community concentrate in large numbers.
