EPFO conducts awareness programme

Imphal, July 27 2025: Nikheelchandra Anil Zode, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-I, EPFO, Zonal Office, Guwahati, along with officials from EPFO, Special State Office, Imphal- A Surendra Singh, RPFC-II, and S Saka, APFC conducted an awareness programme on the recently launched PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana.

As per a release issued by EPFO, Special State Office, Imphal, the programme was held during the General Body Meeting of the Manipur Chamber of Commerce and Industries and the monthly meet of Network In Action, a group comprising young entrepreneurs, at Classic Grande, Imphal on July 26, 2025.During the session, the provisions and benefits of the PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana were explained in detail.

The gatherings were encouraged to actively participate in the scheme and leverage the benefits aimed at promoting employment and economic growth.

Additionally, key aspects of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 were also deliberated upon.

The programme witnessed the participation of around 60 entrepreneurs, reflecting keen interest and engagement from the local business community.
