VC Prof Adya Prasad inspects MIT examination centre

The Vice-Chancellor of Manipur University, Prof Adya Prasad Pandey visited the examination centre of Manipur Institute of Technology, Takyelpat, Imphal today.
Vice-Chancellor observed that the examination was conducted peacefully.
The principle of MIT also accompanied the VC during the inspection to all the examination rooms.
Vice-Chancellor expressed his satisfaction to see the examinees writing their papers in a fair and peaceful manner and also applauded the peaceful academic atmosphere of the institute.
Prof Pandey instructed that evaluation work of the examination should be started immediately so that the results are declared in time.
Professor further urged the teachers and authority concerned to meet out the grievances of the students in timely manner so that the students may not face any difficulties in their academic career.
In the backdrop of the prevailing situation at Manipur University, Vice-Chancellor has appealed to the office bearers of MUSU to cooperate the University administration to conduct the examination in time.
Expressing concerns over the academic career of the students, he urged the MUSU representatives not to disturb the ongoing peaceful examination as it will further aggravate the valuable career of the students.
He further stated that the university administration always welcome any constructive discussion and is ready to sort out the grievances of the students while adding that MUSU should also reciprocate in the same spirit and come forward discuss to discuss any differences for the welfare of the students and to make peaceful academic atmosphere in the university.
