Following the release of all the arrested 47 members of the JCILPS unconditionally late today evening, the Committee is now ready to have the first round of talk on ILPS issue with the Government tomorrow.
Speaking at a reception function held to welcome the released members at Manipur Press Club, JCILPS Convenor Ibotombi Khuman said that as JCILPS members have been released unconditionally, the committee would hold the first round of talks with the State Government tomorrow.

He said that they have received a formal invitation from the Government for talks, scheduled for 2 pm tomorrow.
A 16-member team of JCILPS will take part in the meeting, he added.
Regarding the ugly incident which occurred in NIT Langol, Ibotombi said that it was suspected to be a pre-planned instigation of some individuals which had the intention to give a bad name to the people of the State and JCILPS.
He also clarified that no JCILPS member was involved in the incident.
