RIMS conemns disruption in routine maintenance activities

Imphal, January 27 2025: The Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal has advised against attempts to disrupt its routine main-tenance activities within its campus.

"As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the proper upkeep of the premises, routine essential maintenance works are conducted regularly.

However, it has come to our attention that certain organizations and individuals are attempting to inter- fere into these routine maintenance activities," said RIMS in a statement.

"We would like to strongly emphasize that such interference is unwarranted and disrupts the smooth functioning of institutional operations," it said.

The RIMS authority firmly condemns such actions and views them as counter productive to the institution's mission of providing quality services to the community.

"We urge all individuals and organizations to refrain from interfering in the internal maintenance and opera- tional activities of RIMS," it added.

RIMS is committed to ensuring that the institution is well-maintained and operates efficiently for the benefit of the public, it said, requesting all not to stop construction and maintenance works of the institute.

"For any suggestions or concerns, we encourage proper communication through official channels rather than unauthorized intervention," it said.
