MHA team hold another talk with AT members

The three-member Central team sent by the Ministry of Home Affairs held another round of meeting with representatives of the Arambai Tenggol at the royal palace today.
The meeting held at the residence of Rajya Sabha Member and titular king Leisemba Sanajaoba started at around 11 am and it continued till late afternoon.
However, what transpired at the meeting or whether the two sides came to any agreement could not be ascertained.
The MHA team comprising former Intelligence Bureau Special Director AK Mishra, SIB New Delhi Joint Director Mandeep Singh and SIB Imphal Joint Director Rajesh Kumble landed here last evening.
Soon after their arrival at Imphal, they held a meeting with Arambai Tenggol leader Korounganba and other unit commanders at the residence of Leisemba Sanajaoba.
The meeting deliberated on the present Manipur crisis as well as the Arambai Tenggol's invitation to all Meitei legislators for a conference at Kangla Uttra at 10 am on Wednesday.
The same meeting resumed today and it went on till late afternoon.
Before the Arambai Tenggol's meeting with the MHA team, a team of Ministers and MLAs talked with representatives of the Arambai Tenggol at the Rajya Sabha Member's residence this morning.
The Arambai Tenggol representatives and the team of Ministers/MLAs talked about the former's scheduled conference with all Meitei legislators at Kangla, sources informed.
